If an item is out of stock you will be notified.
Any item that is out of stock will be dispatched as soon as it is back in stock.
If any purchase is not received when expected please contact us and we will offer you a refund or a replacement.
Any damages to items purchased from us must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Where an item is to be delivered by courier the courier will contact you with a delivery time, which you can change if necessary. We do not recommend that you delay delivery of live plants for more than 24 hours.
Our liability to you shall not exceed the price of the item purchased to which any claim relates. In the event that a product is damaged during delivery we will replace the product at no cost to you and shall arrange for the collection of the damaged purchase.
