All orders received on a weekday will be dispatched by the end of the following week provided that they are in stock. We do not send orders on a Friday to avoid plants sitting in a box over the weekend. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched within 7 working days. These delivery periods are estimates as delays do sometimes happen, especially if the plants are not quite ready to send. In this case we will contact you should we expect a delay, or offer you an alternative.
We package our plants carefully, being aware of using eco friendly packaging where possible, including hay and recycled cardboard/paper where we can. The plants are packed and shipped to be delivered to your door the very next day after leaving the nursery.
We work with Parcel force as our courier for deliver, and recommend you opt to provide an email address and mobile number so you can be contacted on the day of delivery to be notified of the delivery window, and to then track your order. There will also be text options for you to redirect delivery to your local post office, or to a neighbour. We do not recommend that you delay delivery/collection of your order for more than 24 hours however, and we do not accept any liability for compensation in the event of a delivery taking longer than the expected time for delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct, and do note that the driver will require a signature.
You are also welcome to collect your order from PlantWild free of charge choosing the ‘collect free’ option at checkout. Our nursery is not generally open to the public, however we will be happy to arrange a collection from New Lodge Farm, NN17 3DU preferably on a Saturday /Sunday during the farm shop opening hours, and with the on site Bistro also open, it’s perfect to add in a lunch or coffee stop at the same time! Once you place your order after choosing collect free, we will be in touch to confirm your collection.
Whilst we take as much care as we can, occasionally accidents may occur and if you do encounter any damages to items purchased from us please report them within 24 hours of delivery.
