Description
The alpine strawberry has pretty white flowers and produces tiny fruits which have an intense flavour. Once established, they will spread by runners. They are perfect under trees, tolerating some shade, although will fruit and flower better in some sunshine. Once established the plants will spread by runners, so produce a great display.
Alpine strawberries will also grow well in a container.

The fruits of the alpine strawberry are of course edible and are lovely sprinkled over a fruit salad or added to a cocktail!
