Description
The Star of Bethlehem produces pretty little white star like flowers as the name suggests. It is easy to grow and the bulbs can be separated for further propagation. Ideal to plant in a container and this can sometimes be the better choice, as it can be rather invasive. This is a lovely woodland plant however and forms a beautiful undercover. Plant with other woodland wildflowers to create a wildlife area.
Wildlife attracted:
Bees are the pollinators of the Star of Bethlehem
Other features:
It lasts very well as a cut flower, and is a pretty addition to any flower arrangement.
